Are you eager to use your skills to make a difference in the community? Join the team of a nationally recognized adult literacy organization. The Development Manager will join our innovative and collaborative team to support fundraising efforts for EEC, including donor appeals and management, grant writing, and special events. The right candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and two years of professional experience, with a strong background in writing. Position requires effective communication skills and exceptional organizational ability. EEC offers an excellent benefits package including health with prescription drug coverage, dental and vision insurance, and retirement contributions. EEC also provides generous PTO that includes vacation and sick leave and eleven national holidays; as well as a hybrid and flexible work environment.
